Chef Masi’ teaches Introductory and Advanced Culinary courses as well as International Cuisine, Restaurant Management, and Foodservice Trends classes. He also supports the premiere foodie events in the US as the FIU Chaplin School Faculty lead for The South Beach Wine and Food Festival's "Best of the Best" event held at the Fontainebleu Hotel.

Nadav Solomon is the president and co-founder of Tabit Technologies, creator of a mobile-first point-of-sale and tableside ordering platform for hospitality operations that streamlines front of house with back of house, extends sales opportunities, and increases your bottom line. Passionate about food, Nadav studied Food Engineering at the Technion and is a Biotech entrepreneur. He previously worked as a Senior Strategic Consultant at Ernst & Young, and later founded one of the most innovative alternative protein biotech companies, NextFerm, which went public in 2021 (TASE: NXFR). Formerly a Lieutenant Commander in the Israeli Navy, where he was in charge of command-and-control systems, Nadav is experienced in running big operations and monitoring complex systems with multiple embedded workflows.
